Not a score, a noticing

The Coach reviews your conversation through your own eyes; it gives no grade. Its aim is to find, with you, the one thing to change in your next conversation.

Coach debrief: no score, one focus behavior.

You didn’t leave the topic to the other side’s defence: you returned to the point in the same sentence.

One behaviour: when the objection comes, repeat the message — don’t switch to justifying it.

The debrief starts right after the rehearsal and never runs longer than five minutes. The coach first asks which moment you thought went best — it does not impose its own observation. The conversation closes with a single concrete step you will apply in real life. One behavior at a time — because when ten suggestions arrive at once, none of them actually lands. When you come back for the next rehearsal, the coach remembers that focus and picks the conversation up where it left off. Over time this becomes a continuous development dialogue rather than a one-off piece of feedback.
