Not a rehearsal, a progression

It follows your whole history, not a single conversation. How far you have come from yesterday, whether the thing you noticed actually settled — only a pile of rehearsals can answer that.

Settling track across sessions: noticed → settling → settled.

Try a Rehearsal

Setting a clear boundary

First rehearsals

Apologizes while explaining the boundary.

Six weeks later

States the boundary in one sentence and holds it.

The schema is illustrative; your real line is drawn from your session data.

Focus behaviours · stages of settling

  2. Holding the message when the objection comes

  3. Not rushing to fill the silence

The chart is representative: the real one is drawn from your session data. Focus behaviour names are the actual categories the Coach works with in the debrief; there is no generic “communication score”.

Seeing the same behavior again in your first few rehearsals is normal — the real change begins where awareness turns into habit. The system shows you that shift on a line of your own; it compares you with no one. The example in the exhibit shows exactly this: someone who apologizes and justifies while setting a boundary in the early rehearsals can, six weeks later, set the same boundary in one sentence and stand behind it. That is the result of accumulation, not of a single good rehearsal. The line stays yours alone — never compared with anyone, only in conversation with your own past.
