Credits are drawn per conversation: the rehearsal with the character, the lesson with Eda and the review with the Coach are separate conversations, and each uses its own credits. A track’s total depends on the conversations in it and is shown on its card. No subscription; nothing charges itself to your card. For a corporate seat licence, contact us.

The whole basket is charged at the price of the row its credit quantity falls into. Prices include 20% VAT.
Credits and payment
How much is a credit?
Current prices are in the table on the Pricing page: a single price for individual accounts, and tiers that fall as an SME account buys more credits. How many credits a track takes varies from track to track and is shown on its card.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credits; no payment is ever taken from your card automatically.
How long are credits valid?
12 months from the purchase date. If the price changes later, the credits you hold are not affected.
How do I pay?
By card, on iyzico’s payment page: Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Troy. Your card details are not collected on Atlas Talks’ pages.
How do I get my invoice?
We ask once, at your first purchase, who the invoice should be issued to. When the payment is complete, the invoice arrives at your email address.
Can I get a refund?
You can ask for the unused credits back within 14 days of buying them; the credit for a conversation that stays very short is refunded automatically. The full purchase and refund terms are in a separate document. Cancellation and Refund Terms
