Every behaviour comes back when it is due.

The behaviours you work on with the Coach do not get lost. A behaviour whose repeat is due appears on your home screen, you can be reminded of it, and with “Repeat” you rehearse it again.

  • Behaviours due for a repeat on your home screen, nearest first.
  • Reminders are your choice; you turn them on and off in your account settings.
  • Progress tracking is for you alone; rehearsals in your personal space do not reach your employer.

From focus to repetition

A behaviour you find with the Coach comes back to you in three steps.

  1. The Coach sets the focus

After the rehearsal you find with the Coach the behaviour you will try next time; it becomes your next focus.

  2. The time to repeat comes

The behaviour drops into “Behaviours due for repetition” on your home page and shows its day: today, how many days overdue, or how many days to go.

  3. You rehearse again

With “Repeat” you go back to the rehearsal. When the conversation ends, the Coach reviews that repetition with you too.

Each repeat is a new rehearsal; its review with the Coach is a separate conversation that uses its own credits.

You track it, you decide

  • Only for your own progress

Your rehearsal performance is processed only to track your own progress. Not giving this consent does not affect your access to the platform; you can withdraw it whenever you like.

  • Reminders are optional

Being reminded when a behaviour is due for repetition needs a separate consent; you turn it on or off in your account settings.

  • What is shared is clear from the start

When you accept an organisation’s invitation, the rehearsals you run in its space are shared with it: the case, the time and whether you reached the goal. Your personal space is never shared; when you leave the organisation’s space, sharing stops.
