One competency, one character, one conversation.

For each competency you talk with a character built for it: communication, teamwork, leadership and more. When the conversation ends the Coach reviews that moment with you; the result is yours, and your organisation sees only the case, the time and whether you reached the goal.

  • Every competency in the catalogue, with its own character.
  • The conversation and the Coach are separate conversations; the credits are on the card.
  • The rehearsals in the organisation’s space are shared; you can leave at any time to stop it.

A competency rehearsal

Competency rehearsals follow the steps Listen · Speak · Learn.

  1. Listen

The conversation starts with the character’s first sentence. The person opposite you brings a situation built for that competency.

  2. Speak

You speak out loud and naturally; the character responds realistically.

  3. Learn

When the conversation ends you move to the Coach and review that moment together. The assessment stays in your history.

The conversation with the character and the Coach are separate conversations; the rehearsal’s total credits are on its card.

The result is yours

  • The organisation sees only its own space

When you accept the organisation’s invitation, the rehearsals you run in its space are shared: the case, the time and whether you reached the goal. Your personal space is not shared; when you leave, sharing stops.

  • The conversation transcript is not shared

The organisation never sees the conversation transcript, the audio or the content of the assessment.

  • For development, not for decisions

The assessment is for your development; no score is produced that could feed into a promotion or performance decision.
