Open rehearsal to the whole company.

HR and learning and development teams invite employees by email; whoever accepts takes a seat and rehearses their difficult conversation in their own account. In the console you track seats, credits and rehearsal counts; not what the conversations contain.

  • Paste the addresses or import them from a .csv file; each address gets its own invitation.
  • A small team starts straight away with an SME account; for an annual per-seat licence, contact us.
  • An employee’s conversation never goes to the employer; this rule works the same everywhere in the product.

From invitation to first rehearsal

An address list and a seat licence are enough; employees sign in from the browser.

  1. The invitation goes out

Each person is sent a single-use link to their own email only. Whoever accepts signs in with the code sent to their email and takes a seat; they don’t set a password.

  2. The employee rehearses

They choose one of the products the organisation has opened, talk out loud with the character, then review it with the Coach. The conversation and the review stay in their own account.

  3. The console counts

Every rehearsal lands in the console’s Usage list as completed or unfinished. The overview shows seats, credits and the daily rehearsal count for the last 14 days.

Invitations don’t expire: a pending invitation holds its seat until you cancel it or the person accepts.

Six roles in the console

Everyone sees as much as their work needs. The Billing, Reader and Inviter roles are given after the person has joined.

  • Owner

Every permission; only they can transfer ownership

  • Administrator

    Every permission except ownership

  • Billing

Invoices and usage; no member list

  • Reader

    Members, usage, progress reports, invitations

  • Inviter

Invitations only; no list and no results

  • Members

Their own rehearsals; no console access

Privacy isn’t a setting

  • No scoreboard

The organisation sees usage per person, not the analysis of a rehearsal; there is no table ranking employees against each other. No score is produced to feed a promotion or performance decision.

  • Under ten people, no percentage

If fewer than ten people stand behind a competency row, no percentage is calculated; the screen says why.

  • Sharing starts when the employee joins

You see an employee’s rehearsals in the organisation’s space from the moment they accept your invitation. No request or reminder can be sent from the console; when they leave, sharing stops and the rehearsals they ran stay with the organisation.
