Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Atlas Talks platform and services provided by DERİN AKADEMİ EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ. (“Derin Akademi”). By using our platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Parties and Scope

This agreement is concluded between DERİN AKADEMİ EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ. (“the Company”), whose registered office is at İçerenköy Mah. Topçu İbrahim Sk. Quick Tower No: 8 / 10D, Ataşehir, İstanbul, 34752, Türkiye, and individuals using our platform (“the User”). All services offered on the atlastalks.com domain and its subdomains are subject to these terms.

2. Creating an Account and Responsibilities

An account is required for full access to the platform. When opening an account:

  • You must be 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian
  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account
  • You may not transfer or lend your account to anyone else

3. Services and Access

Atlas Talks is an online platform offering AI-powered voice rehearsal and feedback from an AI coach.

Access Conditions

  • The scope and period of use of purchased credits are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Pre-Information Form
  • Content may be used for personal education purposes only
  • The platform may be temporarily unavailable for infrastructure maintenance or technical reasons

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform — rehearsal scenarios and characters, texts, voices, images, software code and design elements — belongs to Derin Akademi or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

  • Copying, distributing, publishing or selling the content is strictly prohibited
  • Screenshots or recordings of the content may not be taken
  • Derivative works may not be created from the content

5. Prohibited Use

The following are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination of your account:

  • Any action that threatens platform security (hacking, scraping and similar)
  • Harassing, threatening or harming other users
  • Creating a false identity or acting on someone else’s behalf
  • Sending spam, advertising or unsolicited content
  • Redistributing or selling content for commercial purposes
  • Sharing copyrighted material without permission
  • Any use contrary to applicable law

6. Payment and Refunds

Purchase, payment, withdrawal and refund terms are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement, the Pre-Information Form and the Cancellation and Refund Terms; where those documents and these terms differ, those documents prevail.

7. Limitation of Liability

Derin Akademi cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from platform outages, data loss or problems originating from third-party services. Uninterrupted operation of the platform is not guaranteed; however, all necessary technical measures are taken to maintain high availability.

8. Changes

Derin Akademi reserves the right to change these Terms of Use with prior notice. Material changes will be announced by email and by a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
