The numbers are yours; the conversation is theirs.
When a rehearsal ends, the person gets their own report: where they succeeded on the case’s criteria, what to develop and why. The organisation console shows usage and whether the goal was reached in each rehearsal; the person’s criterion-by-criterion report does not open to the organisation.
- Personal report: each criterion’s result and its reason.
- Organisation report: usage, seats, credits and daily rehearsals.
- The rehearsals in the organisation’s space are shared; the person can leave at any time to stop it.

Listen; when they finish, you carry on.
Two reports, two readers
Every rehearsal is recorded in two separate places: in the person’s own report and, if it was done on the organisation’s seat, in the organisation’s console. What each one holds is clear from the start.
Personal report · only you
After the rehearsal, to you
As soon as the conversation ends, its record lands in your account: you see where you succeeded against the case’s criteria, what to improve and why.
- The case’s criteria one by one: Achieved, To work on or Not measured; each with its reasoning alongside.
- Takeaways from the conversation: focus behaviour, turning point, next focus and the promise you made yourself.
- The conversation transcript; the audio recording is never stored.
- Your attempts at the same case, in order.
Corporate report · organisation console
The team’s usage, to the organisation
The console counts the rehearsals done on the organisation’s seats: who rehearsed which case, when and for how long, and how many seats and credits are left.
- Dashboard: members, seats, credits and the daily rehearsal count for the last 14 days.
- Usage: who, when, which case, how long; this period, last period or the last 90 days.
- Shared reports: the rehearsals members completed in the organisation’s space: the case, the time and whether the goal was reached.
- There is no individual leaderboard; nobody is scored for promotion or performance.
Rehearsals you do with your own account and your own credits are personal and do not appear in the organisation’s usage list. Those you do on the organisation’s seat appear in the list; the rehearsal’s analysis and the conversation’s content do not.
Accepting the invitation starts the sharing
The organisation does not see a person’s personal space or their conversation. Once a person joins by invitation, the rehearsals they run in the organisation’s space are shared with it; they can leave whenever they like to stop the sharing.
Who sees what?
What the person and the organisation see for each part of the same rehearsal, side by side.
| Person | Organisation | |
|---|---|---|
| Criterion results and their reasoning | Every rehearsal | Does not see |
| Whether the goal was reached | Every rehearsal | Every rehearsal in the organisation’s space |
| Takeaways from the conversation | Every rehearsal | Does not see |
| The conversation transcript | For as long as it is stored | Does not see |
| Audio recording | Not kept | Not kept |
| Who, when, which case, how long | In their own history | Only for rehearsals run in the organisation’s space |

| Individual score table | None | None |
No scoring is done that could feed into promotion or performance decisions. This rule works the same way everywhere in the product.
