1. Processing of voice and conversation content
I give my explicit consent to the processing of my voice recording and the text of my conversation (transcript) taken during a spoken rehearsal, for the purposes of providing the service, producing feedback for me through the artificial intelligence coach, and improving the quality of the service.
2. Transfer abroad
I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my voice recording and conversation content to the artificial-intelligence-based voice processing and language model service providers and the cloud infrastructure providers established abroad that are used to operate the service, within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK and limited to the purposes above.
3. Freedom to withdraw consent
I know that I may withdraw this explicit consent at any time by giving notice to derin@derinakademi.net. My withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of that consent up to the date of withdrawal. I accept that when I withdraw my consent I may no longer be able to use the spoken rehearsal feature.
Consent declaration
I have read and understood the above, and I give my explicit consent within that scope.
(Explicit consent is taken on the purchase / registration screen, through a box that is separate from the disclosure notice and is not pre-ticked. The spoken rehearsal feature is not enabled unless that box is ticked; this approval cannot, however, be made a mandatory condition of purchase or of access to other general content.)
