Explicit Consent Statement

In the Atlas Talks service offered by DERİN AKADEMİ EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ. ("Derin Akademi"), the two purposes below are optional and processed only with your explicit consent. Spoken rehearsal, the transcript and the Coach's evaluation are not the subject of this statement: they are the service itself and are described in the KVKK Disclosure Notice.

1. Follow-up practice

If you consent, your rehearsal history and email address are processed to send you reminders and repetition suggestions after your rehearsals.

2. Personal development analysis

If you consent, your rehearsal performance is analysed solely so that you can track your own development, and the results are shown to you. This analysis is not shared with your organisation or anyone else.

3. Giving and withdrawing consent

Each consent is asked for separately in your account settings and is off by default. Not consenting does not affect your use of the Platform or of spoken rehearsal. You may withdraw your consent at any time in your account settings or by writing to derin@derinakademi.net; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before it.
