The Coach knows your conversation.
The moment the rehearsal ends you move on to the Coach and review that conversation together, by voice: where it turned, which behaviour you worked on, what you will try in the next rehearsal.
- If you do not move on to the Coach now, you can reopen the review from your history.
- No scoring is done that would feed promotion or performance decisions.
- You talk first, by voice; the Coach’s observations stay in your history.

The Coach is speaking
Listen; when they finish, you carry on.
After the rehearsal
The review is a separate conversation and comes straight after the rehearsal.
End the conversation
You close the rehearsal with “End the conversation”. You can move on to the Coach straight away; if you do not, it waits on your home page as “The Coach is up next”.
Talk with the Coach
The Coach starts having read the conversation you have just had. Together you open up that moment: where the conversation turned, which behaviour you focused on, what comes next.
Your focus comes back
The behaviours you focused on are gathered on your home page under “Behaviours due for repetition”; when the time comes, you work on them again with “Repeat”.
The Coach conversation is a conversation too, and uses its own credits.
What does the Coach note?
These are observations, not criteria: they do not count towards a score and are kept to track your progress over time.
Turning point
The sentence you said in the conversation that set its direction.
Focus behaviour
The behaviour you focused on in that rehearsal.
Next focus
The behaviour you will try in your next rehearsal.
