Your trainer, Eda, teaches the topic in an interactive voice lesson. When it ends you try what you learned by talking with a character; then the Coach reviews that moment with you.

Learn
Eda explains the topic step by step in a spoken lesson. The lesson is interactive; you do not just listen, you speak too.
Speak
As soon as the lesson ends, the rehearsal begins: you try the skill from the lesson with a character, speaking aloud and naturally. The character reacts realistically.
Review
When the rehearsal ends, you move on to the Coach and talk that moment through together: what went well, what you missed, what you will try next time.
Each step is a separate conversation and uses its own credits; you move on to the next one yourself. The track’s total is on its card.
Skills stick through rehearsal, knowledge through practice
The trainer is the same in every lesson: Eda. In the rehearsal, each track’s own character is waiting for you: Deniz in Effective Feedback, Kuzey in Conflict Management, Gökhan in Delegation.
In knowledge-based topics, such as AI 101, a hands-on task takes the character’s place. Both paths end with the Coach.
