Rehearsals where your people already are.

You connect Atlas Talks to your learning platform through SCORM, xAPI (cmi5) or LTI 1.3, and your people enter rehearsals from their own platform. Those away from a desk talk to the characters over WhatsApp, and your own software connects through the API and webhooks.

  • SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages, xAPI and cmi5 records.
  • LTI 1.3: opens with the platform’s sign-in, no separate login; the result is written to the gradebook.
  • WhatsApp: rehearse by messaging, voice notes or calling the characters.

Four ways to connect

Your employees enter the rehearsal from your learning platform, from WhatsApp on their phones or from your own software.

  1. SCORM 1.2 · SCORM 2004 · xAPI · cmi5

As a package in your learning platform

Rehearsals are uploaded to your platform as a package and open inside the course. SCORM 1.2 or 2004 for platforms that require SCORM; cmi5 for those that want more detailed records: when a rehearsal ends, whether the goal was reached goes to the platform’s record store (LRS) as an xAPI statement. If you connect your own learning record store (LRS), when a rehearsal ends, whether the goal was reached is written to your store as a “passed” or “failed” statement, as it appears in your organization’s panel. Your employee is named in the record only by an ID number; their name, email address, the text of the conversation and the evaluation are not sent.

What comes back to your organisationCompletion and duration; in cmi5, a “passed” (1) or “failed” (0) statement for whether the goal was reached, and the end of the session.

  2. LTI 1.3 · AGS

One click from your LMS, with no separate sign-in

The employee clicks the link in the course and the rehearsal opens in a new tab. Because the platform identifies them with a signed session, Atlas Talks asks for no password or code, and knows the person from the first click by their identity on the platform; no invitation or list is needed. The administrator copies the product’s link from the console and the trainer adds it to the course as an activity.

What comes back to your organisationWhether the goal was reached: 1 or 0, into the platform’s gradebook.

  3. WhatsApp

    Conversation over WhatsApp

You message the case character’s number, leave a voice note or call; the character answers in the same voice. Teams in the field, in store or on the road need no computer. You start the conversation; the character never calls you without your permission.

What comes back to your organisationUsage, in the organisation console.

  4. REST API · Widget · Webhook

    From your own software

Your portal or HR system adds employees through the API and starts a case. The rehearsal opens in a widget you embed on your site or through a single-use link; you learn what happened through signed webhooks.

What comes back to your organisationRehearsal status, credit movements and signed notifications, to your server.

No route carries the conversation transcript, the audio or the content of the Coach’s assessment. The platform receives only the “was the goal reached” information the console also shows; it is written to the gradebook as 1 or 0. xAPI is an IEEE standard (9274.1.1-2023); cmi5 is its profile for content launched from learning platforms.

For developers: API, widget and webhooks

A REST API that runs server to server. The key belongs to your organisation, and every request is served only with the permissions it carries.

  • API key

Created by the owner or an administrator of an SME or corporate account. The key is shown once, carries only the permissions you give it and can be revoked at any time.

  • Members and invitations

You invite your employees by email, suspend them or remove them; seat rules work the same as in the console.

  • Starting a rehearsal

When you open a case for an employee, you name them by their identity in your own system and get a single-use link valid for ten minutes. Credit is deducted only when the employee starts the rehearsal. If you named the employee by their email address and invite them later, their rehearsals join their own account when they accept.

  • Signed webhooks

When a rehearsal starts or completes, a member joins or credit is topped up, a signed notification in Standard Webhooks format goes to your server; a notification that does not arrive is retried.

  • Credit and usage

You read the remaining credit, the credit statement and the status of rehearsals, and for each rehearsal its case, its completion time and whether the goal was reached; the content of the assessment, the conversation transcript and audio, never.

Which way suits you?

  • If your platform supports LTI 1.3

Connect with LTI 1.3: the employee does not sign in separately, you add the product’s link to the course as an activity, and the result is written to the platform’s gradebook.

  • If your platform only accepts packages

Upload a SCORM 1.2 or 2004 package. If your platform reads cmi5, choose the cmi5 package for more detailed records.

  • If you have no learning platform

You add your employees by invitation; each signs in to their own account with a single-use code sent to their email.

  • If you have your own software

Match members through the API, open the rehearsal in a widget on your own site and receive the result through webhooks.

  • If your team is not desk-based

Those in the field, in store or on the road rehearse from WhatsApp on their phones; no computer needed.
