Most asked
Do I really speak out loud?
Yes. You have a real voice call with your microphone; the AI character facing you reacts in real time — is shocked, objects, deflects. No typing; talking.
How long is one conversation?
A conversation takes at most ~10 minutes. If the track has a Coach, the review follows; the real learning happens there.
Can I work the same case again and again?
Yes — and a repeat does not start from the same place. Your first entry to a case is at difficulty tier one; when you reach the target outcome the next tier unlocks, and when you don’t, the same tier repeats. It stops at tier three. Each repeat is a new conversation and uses its own credits.
What happens if I leave a conversation halfway?
In a conversation that stays very short, the credit is refunded in full and the session counts as cancelled. Past that threshold, the conversation counts as completed even if you close the tab, and the credit is spent.
Do I get a score? Is this an exam?
No. The Coach gives no points, percentages or grades. Scoring that could feed promotion, performance or assessment decisions is not done on this platform, as a matter of standard policy.
What does a credit cover?
A conversation. The rehearsal with the character, the lesson with Eda and the review with the Coach are separate conversations, and each uses its own credits. A track’s total depends on the conversations in it and is shown on the track’s card.
Is my data safe?
Your conversations are processed in line with KVKK, to provide the service. No audio recording is kept. The transcript and the Coach’s review are shown only to you; in corporate use, your organisation cannot see them either.
Can we use it as a team in my organisation?
Yes. There is a seat-based corporate licence and a usage dashboard. The organisation sees, per person, the usage of rehearsals done in the corporate space; the content and analysis of an employee’s conversation never go to the employer.
Rehearsal
What do I need?
A device with a browser and a microphone is enough; there’s nothing to install. Before the conversation starts, we check your speaker and microphone together. If your browser asks for microphone permission, you need to allow it.
What language do I speak in?
All the products in the live catalogue are in Turkish today; the characters speak Turkish too.
What does the Coach do?
When the conversation ends, the Coach opens up that moment with you. It doesn’t tell you the right answer; it has you find, in your own words, the difficult moment, your intention, the moment that worked and the behaviour to focus on in your next attempt.
Credits and payment
How much is a credit?
Current prices are in the table on the Pricing page: a single price for individual accounts, and tiers that fall as an SME account buys more credits. How many credits a track takes varies from track to track and is shown on its card.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credits; no payment is ever taken from your card automatically.
How long are credits valid?
12 months from the purchase date. If the price changes later, the credits you hold are not affected.
How do I pay?
By card, on iyzico’s payment page: Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Troy. Your card details are not collected on Atlas Talks’ pages.
How do I get my invoice?
We ask once, at your first purchase, who the invoice should be issued to. When the payment is complete, the invoice arrives at your email address.
Can I get a refund?
You can ask for the unused credits back within 14 days of buying them; the credit for a conversation that stays very short is refunded automatically. The full purchase and refund terms are in a separate document. Cancellation and Refund Terms
Privacy and account
Will my employer see my conversations?
No. If your company uses Atlas Talks, the organisation sees only usage and whether you reached the goal: who, when, which case. The content of a review and the conversation transcript are never opened, and rehearsals in your personal space do not reach the organisation.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from your account settings. Deletion starts as a request you can reverse; until the request takes effect, your account is read-only and you can change your mind. Remaining credits cannot be recovered; invoices and payment records are kept for the legal retention period.
Can I ask for a copy of my data?
Yes. From the My privacy requests section of your account, you can open your requests under KVKK and ask for a copy of your data. KVKK Privacy Notice
Organisations
How is the corporate price set?
Through an annual corporate licence per seat or a corporate contract; we set the price by quote.
How do we add our employees?
You invite them by email from the console; you can paste the addresses or import them from a .csv file. Whoever accepts takes a seat and signs in with their own account.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, bank transfer/EFT can also be used for corporate payments; the term starts once the payment is verified.
What happens to an employee’s seat if they leave?
The seat of a person you remove counts as taken until the next billing date and can’t be given to anyone else; spent credits aren’t refunded.
How are seats counted when we start rehearsals from our own system?
A person you start through the API with their identity in your own system takes a seat, even without a web account. If you also invite the same person by email, they count as two seats until they accept. When they do, the two join into one account, their rehearsals move to it and the extra seat is freed at once. They join only if you named them by their email address when starting.
