Have the hard conversation without the risk

The character listens like a real person; cuts in, gets defensive, and can be persuaded. You make your mistakes here, not in front of the team. Voice, not text — pauses and tone included.

  • A voice call, ten minutes at most; its credits are on the case’s card.
  • Characters who speak Turkish and cases that know the culture.
  • The moment the call ends, the Coach begins; together you find what to change.

How does a rehearsal go?

Every difficult conversation rehearsal in the catalogue follows the same three steps.

  1. Listen

The conversation begins with the character’s first sentence. Before that, a short sound check: speaker, microphone, then the conversation; headphones are recommended.

  2. Speak

Speak aloud and naturally; the character reacts realistically. The conversation goes in turns: you listen while they speak, and you carry on when they finish. Ten minutes at most.

  3. Learn

When the conversation ends, go to the Coach page and review that moment together. The Coach finds with you the one behaviour you will change in the next conversation.

A rehearsal’s card shows how many credits it takes; unused credits stay valid for twelve months.

The difficulty moves with you

Your first go at a case is at level one. When you reach the goal, the next level opens; when you do not, the same level repeats. The levels stop at three.

Level 1 · Easy
The character opens up early, resistance is mild, the trap is obvious; you try the basic move.
Level 2 · Medium
Resistance is realistic, the trap is hidden, a surprise or two comes up; you have to recover.
Level 3 · Hard
Resistance is stubborn, the trap is subtle; the character pushes on more than one front and switches tactics.
