1. The API
The API lets the Organisation reach its organisation account on Atlas Talks programmatically from its own systems.
2. API keys
- Keys are created in the Atlas Talks management console; each key works only with the permissions given to it.
- The Organisation is responsible for keeping its keys secret: it does not share them with third parties or put them in public code repositories or in code that runs in a browser.
- If it suspects a key has been compromised, the Organisation revokes it at once and notifies Derin Akademi.
3. Data available
The API gives access only to the data in the Organisation's own account: organisation details, products and cases, members and invitations, rehearsal usage details and credit movements. The rehearsal's analysis, the Coach's evaluation, the transcript and the voice recording are never available through the API; the Organisation makes no attempt to reach them.
4. Personal data
The Organisation is the data controller for the Member data it obtains through the API, and processes and protects those data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement and the legislation.
5. Usage limits
Derin Akademi may limit the number of requests to keep the service available; requests over the limit may be refused temporarily.
6. Suspension
Derin Akademi may suspend API access if these terms or the Data Processing Agreement are breached, or in the event of a security risk.
7. Liability
The API is provided as is. Derin Akademi does not undertake that the API will work without interruption or error.
